Café Sobar is the East Midlands' first alcohol-free bar and restaurant, run by recovery charity Double Impact — and Sobar Social is its monthly last-Friday-of-the-month night, 6–9pm, with the line-up rotating between live music, spoken word and open mic.

Genuinely mixed-crowd rather than recovery-only — a warm, low-pressure way into a night out that doesn't revolve around a bar tab.
