The Festival of Small Halls (19–28 November) takes world-class musicians to community halls across Skye, Raasay and Lochalsh. It ends with a Saturday-night ceilidh at 7pm in the shadow of the Cuillin.
Ceilidhs are the great leveller — no partner or experience needed, and someone will always steer you round the floor.
