New for 2026: Fountains Abbey's ruins lit up and animated after dark, with a street food market and live music in the cellarium. A genuinely different way to see one of Yorkshire's best ruins, and good for a date night as much as a family evening.

An accessible shuttle and loanable wheelchairs are available, and tickets go on sale 28 August — book early, as slots are timed and limited. Runs four nights only: 25, 26, 31 October and 1 November.
