TONIC FLOW: A Communal Chorus in Colour and Sound

TONIC FLOW is a collaborative sound and colour installation built by Compass Collective, an arts charity working with young people who arrived in the UK as refugees and asylum seekers from ten different countries. The result sits quietly in the Royal Festival Hall through most of the summer, an invitation to slow down rather than rush past on the way to something else.

It costs nothing and asks nothing of you beyond a few minutes' attention, which makes it an easy, level-access addition to any Southbank visit — step-free routes and lifts run right through the building, so it works whether you're popping in for twenty minutes or building a whole afternoon around the river.
