Leeds Briggate Monthly Artisan Market

Little Bird's artisan market takes over Briggate once a month — Leeds's grand pedestrianised shopping street, closed off for the day to stalls of ceramics, jewellery, prints, plants and food from makers across Yorkshire. It's an easy one to fold into a normal Sunday in town rather than a special trip.

No entry fee, and central enough that you can wander in for ten minutes or make a whole morning of it — good either way for actually talking to the people who made what's on the tables.
