Twenty independent makers from across the UK fill the upstairs gallery at this Dartmoor-edge craft centre, a good place to find a gift that is not from a high street.
The Big Weekend (13-14 November) adds maker demonstrations, talks, workshops and family activities. It is free, but booking a ticket helps the organisers plan.
