Dorset Food & Drink Winter Food Fair

Around 80 stalls of Dorset wine, cheese, cider and preserves alongside artisan crafts, set inside the Grade I-listed gardens of a 15th-century manor house — a food fair that's also a proper historic-house day out, with a festive bar to warm up in once the browsing's done.

Good one for pairing appetite with atmosphere: wander the gardens first, then work through the tasting stalls before the light goes.
