A proper wander-and-browse market rather than a theme park: around 70 stalls at a time, rotating through 200-plus small businesses, so it's worth going twice. Not every trader is there for the whole run, so check the organiser's page if you're after someone in particular.
Trading is 10am–6pm Monday to Saturday (until 7pm on Thursdays in December) and 10am–5pm on Sundays.
