'Oceans' Family Day at the Museum

A free day of hands-on ocean science under the Museum of Zoology's famous whale skeleton — real coral, shells and a whale ear bone to handle, a live artist working, and trails built for younger kids to follow.

No booking barrier, no ticket cost, and the whole museum's worth lingering in afterwards — one of the better free wet-weather options in Cambridge for toddlers through to primary age.
